It takes time to develop the mindset, habits, skills, and character strengths to lower weight (and keep it off), and your success involves much more than a simple formula of diet and exercise. Emotional well-being, healthy, positive thought patterns, and overcoming self-defeating beliefs are part of the process.
I know this from my own personal experience (having lost a large amount of weight years ago) and a career in the field of healthy weight management that spans 40 years.
It truly has been a journey of self-discovery, and I am thankful for what I am able to easily do today because of the level of strength and fitness gained from a lifetime of healthy living that began with losing 87 lbs. Today, I travel, swim, dive, hike, and continue to work with passion, and in very good health.

There are Four (4) Modules (four levels) in this personalized lifestyle improvement course; each module is 12 weeks. This course, in which you are designing a healthy lifestyle, unique to you and your preferences, and lowering weight, includes scheduled breaks for holidays and vacation, and offers flexibility for your unique needs.

4 Modules - 12 Weeks Per Module
1. Fresh Start - The Basics. (12 Weeks) Everybody begins with this foundational module which covers The Fundamentals of Organization in "The Food Department" - including meal planning, Lifestyle's Healthy Eating Food Guide, supermarket shopping, label reading, smart snacking, eating out, and more.

2. Moving Forward - The Mind/Body Connection. (12 Weeks) In this module, connect the dots between what you think and what you feel. Learn techniques to change thinking patterns to positive, enjoy emotional wellbeing, and manage life stressors.

3. Being A Finisher - Character Strengths for Success. (12 Weeks) With the guidance of the New Shoes philosophy (from Donna's book), begin daily lifestyle adjustments, and develop 12-character strengths) that bring you to achievement of your goal(s).

4. Lifelong Maintenance & Healthy Living. (12 Weeks) Our ultimate goal together is that you never have to go through the process of weight loss again; in this module, learn how to easily maintain at your healthiest weight, reset after a break, and become self-inspired and motivated, forever.
