Donna taught me to love exercising in the water, and I have developed strength, coordination and balance through the “Water Works Wonders” classes I took.

The non-impact environment of water allows for an increased range of motion and pain-free movement. Everybody can be an athlete in water. Water fitness is especially beneficial if you are carrying a few extra pounds.
