Week 2: May 31st.
Motivation for Movement

Explore the benefits of activity for your body & brain
Experience a gentle spin class, a sampling of Chair Yoga, dance, yoga relaxation & stretching

Get your mind and body connected


Week 3: June 7th,
Self-Care: Part I

Learn techniques for easing The Stress Response Loop (keep cortisol & other dangerous stress-hormones in check)
Clear up 'the mental chaos' and develop skills to
channel your neuropathways into positive thinking = Mental Health


Week 4: June 14th.
Self-Care: Part II

Emotional Well-Being - linking the connection between thoughts and feelings. We are all emotional beings, and feelings influence our decisions, actions, and responses moment by moment. Learn strategies for easing emotional turmoil and pain


Week 5:  June 21st. (first day of summer!)
Goal Setting & Dream Making
Investigate guidelines that foster success in goal setting 
Adopt the Success Principle for achievement & completion
Experience
Guided Visualization & Mental Rehearsal as tools for manifesting your goals and dreams  


Week 6: June 30th.
Slide on New Shoes and Get Ready to Launch

Review of your 6-week journey followed by:
Sliding on New Shoes! Select the 2 Character Strengths and Skills most needed for your continuing success and journey. Receive PDF excerpts from Donna's book: New Shoes, a Journey of Self-Discovery
