Blue Therapy

Harnessing the symbolic and sensory experiences of water for

health, healing and restoration.

Hi, I'm Donna Mitchell, a Certified Instructor in Blue Therapy.

Having led water fitness - Saltwater Aqua Fitness (utilizing The Burdenko Method of Water Therapy) for over 20 years, adding        Blue Therapy to enhance client experience was a natural progression.

Blue Therapy, also known as aquatic therapy or hydrotherapy, is a holistic approach to wellness. This practice encompasses a wide range of therapeutic activities conducted in or near natural water bodies such as oceans, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls.

Water has a profound impact on human health and psychology.

It draws on the biophilia hypothesis, which suggests that humans have an innate connection to nature, including water environments.
