Session 2: Identifying False Narratives, Stories We Tell Ourselves (60-75 minutes)
Beliefs are like dusty, old boxes stored in the basement of your house. Even unseen, they influence what you think and do. Many beliefs may be self-defeating and totally untrue. A personal archeological dig helps you to 'turn the table' on false beliefs and change the course of your life. Tools: Observation & Reflection Interlude, Illustrations, Presentation, Journaling
Session 3: Mindfulness - Being in the Now, Living in The Moment (60-75 minutes)
Our pace of life is hectic. People are increasing unaware and lacking focus. Accidents are more frequent (on the roads and in homes), important life moments are being missed, and the nervous system, for many, is on constant alert with a high-stress spin-off. Session 4: Intentional Solitude & What My Mom Called "Down-Time" (60-75 minutes)
We all need it. - and often don't get enough of it - especially due to intrusive social media, parenting, career demands, and family duties. Without personal, alone time (even 10 minutes), we lose touch with ourselves - what we feel and what's for our good. We become exhausted.
