Be Careful of a Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

life has been exciting and busy as I begin to see more clearly my purpose (and passion) in moving forward. Sincere apologies that I've not been as consistent in writing here as planned.
Clarity: Guiding others (you) forward into the life you want to live, as well as helping you develop the sense of self-worth that you deserve, is my purpose.
Currently, my Thursday evening on-line group provides so much joy and fulfillment- a CONFIRMATION that I am on the right path. We discuss much more than food and exercise as the path to a healthy weight - it's a deep dive into transformational change. Check it out if this is an area of interest for you.
Back to today's blog....
Helping others (you) to understand the power of the words you say - to others - and to yourself. Know that what you say (to yourself - in your mind - or perhaps even out loud) registers in the subconscious mind. If you say: I'm so tired - you become more tired. If you say: I'm so weak around chocolate - you become weaker. Get the picture.
What are you saying to yourself (or to others) that has become a self-fulfilling prophecy? I can't get ahead in this job. I can't seem to find the right relationship. I never have enough money. Life is hard.

Exploration and discovery in 'neuroplasticity' shows just how much we have control over our lives through the thoughts we allow to take up residence in our minds. This knowledge is transforming my life; and it can yours. Switch the narrative so that your 'self-fulfilling prophecy' is one of health, abundance, advancement, blessing.
I can help. I want to help.
A simple place for you to begin may be two session private coaching package.
No big commitment to a weeks-long course. I promise you will walk away with new tools for transformation (in any area of your life).
