Heard on the radio this morning that today, Jan 20th is "Give Up Day" for most people - when they give up on those New Year's resolutions and intentions. Are you feeling let down with yourself and giving up? Thought it would be easier to change? Get past Jan 20th without quitting. As I persevere in publishing my life's work: "New Shoes, A Journey of Self-Discovery", it's much like the process of weight loss. It sure takes perseverance. The end seems so far away. Quitting is not an option. Recommit to your valuable goals, to yourself.
